Cindy - Business Associate

Hello, I'm Cindy and I assist our patients with billing and all their insurance needs. I help them understand their financial options and answer any questions they may have. Our patients are like family, always ready with a smile and a hug. I also love my coworkers; I've never worked at a place that is always so happy, and it hardly feels like work.

I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful daughters. In my free time I enjoy shopping, making cards, reading, and spending time with my family. I also love Broadway plays!

Molly - Business Associate

Hi, I'm Molly and I welcome patients to our office, schedule their appointments, process insurance, and help in the clinic. I am usually the first smiling face our patients see and I love welcoming them into our dental family. Dr. Rodriguez has a great sense of humor and coming to work every day is a pleasure when you know it will be fun.

I have a high spirited teenage daughter and a spoiled Chihuahua. In my free time I like to play golf, grill out with my family and friends, and participate in local 5k races benefiting our community. I am an aspiring triathlete and a huge Notre Dame fan!

Laura - Clinical Assistant

Hello, my name is Laura and I assist Dr. Rodriguez chairside. I love talking to our patients so they can relax, and before they know it, they've forgotten all about their dental anxieties. We treat all our patients with kindness and respect, and consider ourselves to be more of a family than just an office.

I have a beautiful teenage daughter and in my free time I attend school, watch the Food Network, and watch my daughter's dance team performances.

Donna - Hygienist

Hello, I'm Donna and I clean teeth and make sure our patients are educated about their dental health. Working here for nine years, I have had the opportunity to see families grow, children grow up, and teenagers become adults. Dr. Rodriguez and I share the same philosophies when it comes to dental care and treatment. We both look out for the best interest for the patient and we are big on education, both for us and our patients.

I have a husband and two great children. When I am not at work I stay busy keeping up with my kids. I love to garden and do lots of other outdoor activities. I enjoy arts and crafts and love working out at the gym.

Gloria - Office Manager

Hi, my name is Gloria and I make sure our patients get the proper care in the office and answer any question when the doctor isn't around. I'm the financial consultant, so I help our patients manage treatment, set up appointments, and help patients utilize their insurance benefits. Our office is exciting, comfortable, and friendly. Patients come in and actually have a great time here!

I have a great husband and two beautiful children. I like spending time with my family, watching my kid's sporting events, and listening to my daughter sing.
